If I could do it all over again, I would have...

1. Started my own business sooner.
2. Praised staff more for a job well done, even though it was expected.
3. Leveraged more of the learning opportunities in college.
4. Consistently written "thank you" notes, especially to close friends.  We assume too much.
5.  Never let vacation days roll over.

There is always tomorrow to get better.  Good job and thank you.  Take the day off.
