Best month. 5 reasons why.


January 2011 was an unprecedented month of growth in our young company's history. With the hope of improving systems, I looked back to see why it happened.

1. We monitored our sales volumes at the conclusion of every day.
2. Sorted prospects relentlessly. Can we help, make adjustments to a program or customize the sponsorship in some way? If not, move on and use different approaches later.
3. In the last week we met daily on key prospects.  If the company wants to work with you, ask them to make it happen. Without apology.
4. Focus. I am amazed at the hours spent on things outside our core goal. And I run the business! Invest time, don't spend it.
5. Pat yourself on the back, and start over again.
