Loyalty


Had a few great meetings last week w prospective clients. I was struck by the irony of loyalty. I love it from my clients. Indeed I hope those I work with find it in my work. However, when does loyalty keep us from finding a better service, innovation, or program which might help accelerate excellence in our organization?

That's the loyalty I seek. The loyalty to being The best we can.
