A quick break to give you some insights on the first month of Moery/LAI.
1. You can work on this 24 hours...every day. The real challenge for the new CEO is to identify balance between work in the business and on the business.
2. Seven clients and I'm grateful for every one of them.
3. No meetings. Unless they are absolutely necessary, I won't post. Just shows you how wasteful most are.
4. Clarity. It is amazing how easy it is to identify priorities when success begins and ends with your effort.
